Pet Cancer Facts and Figures

Cancer is a threat to our pets, too. In fact, the disease is a leading cause of death for both dogs and cats. In 2017, Nationwide pet insurance received more than $24.5 million in claims from members whose pets were either diagnosed and/or treated for cancer.

The good news: With an increase in pet cancer awareness and available treatment options, more and more pets are surviving this life-threatening disease.
